The provider of the services offered on the Site is the FBS24 group company relevant to the jurisdiction of the selected service package (hereinafter also referred to as the "Services").

§1 DEFINITIONS
The owner of the www.fbs24.pl website is FBS24 Polska sp. z o. o. (abbreviated as FBS24 Polska), a company registered and doing business in 00-667 Warsaw, Koszykowa 69/3; on the basis of KRS entry 0000807998,
The Contractor for the services offered via the Site is the FBS24 Group company relevant to the jurisdiction of the selected Services package.
Terms and Conditions - this document,
The Principal - a natural or legal person; doing or planning to do business in the Netherlands, Poland or Germany,
Virtual office - a service of renting a company"s legal address for the purpose of registering it and conducting business activities
Office - long-term rental service for office space
Meeting rooms - rooms available for short-term rental to carry out business-related activities,
Reception service- the service of receiving, forwarding and filing the correspondence and telephone calls of an entity,

The Customer may communicate with the Contractor by means of the correspondence and email addresses specified in this paragraph.
The Customer can communicate with the Contractor by telephone between Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
§3 PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Complaints based on ignorance of the Terms and Conditions will not be considered,
The order for the Service is placed by completing the relevant order form on the website www.fbs24.pl,
Placing an order for a service shall be tantamount to confirming that the ordering party has read the Terms and Conditions and accepts its provisions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Providing Services attached to the contract and available on the FBS24 website.
The invoice for the performance of the Service will be issued by the operator of the fbs24.pl website, i.e. the company from the FBS24 group responsible for the relevant jurisdiction.
All deadlines stated in the Terms and Conditions refer to working days,
The service will be provided in accordance with the specifications and price list posted on fbs24.pl on the sub-page of each product
§4 PAYMENTS
For the services rendered, the Ordering Party shall pay remuneration in accordance with the price list published on the fbs24.pl website and specifically on the sub-page of the selected jurisdiction and the selected product(s). The first payment, including the deposit (if applicable), will be made prior to the commencement of these services.
The fee will be paid by online electronic payment or by card at the company"s premises using a payment terminal. Payment in cash is not accepted. Once the service has been paid for, a VAT invoice will be sent to the Ordering Party noting that the service has been paid for. The Ordering Party may request an invoice to be issued to a newly established company, set up on the basis of a contract for the virtual office service with a company from the FBS24 group, appropriate for the chosen jurisdiction.
Amounts due for services shall be paid by the Principal on the basis of VAT invoices, sent monthly by e-mail, within 7 days of their issue. In the event of late payment by the Principal, the Contractor shall be entitled to claim suspension of services until the arrears are paid or, in the event of arrears covering the amount due for 3 months, to terminate the contract, to deregister the Principal"s company from the commercial register and to claim compensation for damages and costs incurred, as well as commercial interest for late payment at the statutory interest rate.
The Principal agrees to send the VAT invoice electronically to the contact email address indicated on the form. Any change to the contact address requires written notification to the Contractor"s contact address specified in the Contract, by the Principal.
The prices quoted on www.fbs24.pl and www.fbs24.nl are in the currency relevant to the jurisdiction of the service, plus VAT at the relevant rate (information on the Website).
§5 DUTIES AND RIGHTS
Due to the applicable provisions of the WWFT (Anti Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Act), a necessary condition for the entry into force of this contract is the verification of the identity of the Principal. The Principal is obliged to fulfil this obligation within 7 calendar days from the date of signing the contract in one of two ways: by appearing in person at the registered office of one of the FBS24 Group companies and presenting an identity document or by delivering a notarized copy of his identity document to the Contractor"s mailing address.
The use of the Contractor"s mailbox must comply with the principle of fair use. The use of the postal address for campaigns where large volumes are expected is not permitted. The above shall be determined at the Contractor"s discretion. At the end of the contract or its termination through the fault of the Contractor - FBS24 shall be entitled to return to the sender any postage received.
The Contractor undertakes to maintain strict secrecy and not to communicate to third parties, disclose or use on its own (for any purpose other than the performance of the Service) any information obtained in the course of the Service, in connection with the performance of the Service or on the occasion of the performance of the Service without the prior consent of the Principal expressed in writing under pain of nullity, and to take all steps to prevent the disclosure of the information obtained.
The Contractor reserves the right not to fulfil the order without giving any reason.
The Contractor shall not be liable for the consequences of third parties gaining possession of the password to access the administration panel of www.fbs24.nl, regardless of the reason that caused this (e.g. password or code being made available to a third party by the ordering party, password or code being broken by a third party).
§6 PRIVACY
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Principal agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, referred to as "RODO" or "General Data Protection Regulation" and the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The scope and purpose of the personal data processed is set out in the company"s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Principal declares that he has been informed of the purpose and scope of the processing of personal data and of the right to request access to personal data from the controller, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to data portability.
The Contractor reserves the right to send, to e-mail addresses provided by the Client, messages related to the operation of the Services and communications about the Contractor"s activities relevant to the provision of the Services under the Contract.
Insofar as the Principal has given separate consent, the Contractor reserves the right to send commercial information to the e-mail addresses provided by the Principal.
The Contractor reserves the right to make the information sent by the Principal available at the request of state authorities authorized to do so.
Unless the Principal objects, the Contractor shall be entitled to publish the Principal"s basic data (company name, website address) in the Contractor"s reference list.
§7 DISPUTES
The Principal undertakes to pursue claims against the Contractor in court not before the complaint procedure has been exhausted.
A complaint submitted by the Ordering Party in connection with non-performance or improper performance of the Service should be made in writing and should specify:
a. the Ordering Party, in a manner enabling its identification,
b. the name and type of service to which the complaint relates,
c. the subject of the complaint,
d. the circumstances justifying the complaint.
All complaints on the part of the Ordering Party caused by the malfunctioning of the website www.fbs24.pl , shall be sent in writing by registered mail, otherwise being null and void, to the following address: FBS24 Polska sp. z o. o. Koszykowa 69/3, 00-667 Warsaw, Poland
All complaints on the part of the Ordering Party caused by incorrect provision of the service by the Contractor shall be sent in writing by registered letter, otherwise being null and void, to the address of the relevant FBS24 office as described in §2.
The Contractor shall consider the Complaint within 30 days from the date of its service and shall send a response to the Contracting Authority, indicating the resolution and the reasons for it.
§8 FINAL PROVISIONS
The Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website and shall apply to contracts concluded with the Contractor from that date.
Contracts shall be governed by the law corresponding to the jurisdiction of the service ordered and the court having jurisdiction to hear disputes shall be the aforementioned jurisdiction and to the exclusion of other jurisdictions.
The content of the contract and the General Terms and Conditions of Service shall be decisive in the event of a conflict between the content of these terms and conditions and the content of the contract and the General Terms and Conditions of Service.
§9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER AND SIGNING THE CONTRACT
In order to place an order, it is necessary to:
Fill in the form truthfully and complete all the required data and select the products/services you wish to order and then choose your payment method,
Read the contents of the contract and accept its accuracy,
Read and accept the general terms and conditions,
Read the annexes to the contract and accept their accuracy,
Depending on the payment method, pay for the order by the specified deadline,
§10 DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHODS
The customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the signed contract for the provision of services:
a. postal delivery,
b. postal delivery with cash on delivery
c. courier delivery with cash on delivery
d. personal collection is available at the indicated address of one of the jurisdictions of FBS24
The Customer may use the following payment methods:
a. payment by bank transfer to the Contractor’s account
b. payment with use of the payment terminal at the FBS24 office (in this case a terminal operator"s commission of 1.9% is added to the amount due).
